Health and Well being

Are you juggling lots of things, tired of feeling tired and simply not quite feeling at your best? Would you love to be full of energy and feeling great? Then this is the session for you.

I work with many people who push themselves to their limit – juggling work, family and social commitments. What I’m even more amazed at is how some people function at all based on a lifestyle of too much caffeine and processed food, not enough sleep and no down time.

The good news is that there are small changes that we can all make which can transform how we feel. In the Health and Well Being workshops I run we look at practical tools and tips that will enable us to Be at our Best – all the time. After one of these workshops you’ll be able to:

  • Describe what Being at your Best looks like for you
  • Identify when your energy fluctuates and be able to explain why this happens
  • Transform your energy levels by fuelling your body with the right food
  • Identify if you’re deficient in any vitamins and minerals and list the foods you need to eat to overcome this
  • Describe how you’re going to incorporate more rest and relaxation into your daily life


Health and Well-being workshops can be run as a ½ or full day. Alternatively many companies choose to run these as individual modules focusing on topics like Nutrition, Exercise, Relaxation etc.

As well as working with individuals I also work on a 1:1 basis.
